* "Natural Light" Photo Shoots:  are shot "as is" using natural light during early morning or late afternoon for best Lighting. These are ideal for those on a budget who want something quick and simple yet still professional.

* "Deluxe Light" shoots include:

* 1-2 photo assistants: enabling us to move items to shoot more quickly and get more shots.

* Pre production planning (location previewing to confirm best lighting in each room at a specific time of day, furniture rearangements and prop consultation. 

* Furniture and prop re arrangement

*Lighting each room with a combination of natural and our special incandescent artificial lights (to give them a very slick, magazine/advertising quality look)

* Shooting tethered: This involves connecting the digital camera to a laptop screen so each shot can be seen large on the screen as we shoot. Tto make the smallest adjustments, (move camera angles, change lighting or shift furniture). Guarantees you will get what you see so there are no surprises.

* Custom retouching (digitally removing or retouching artifacts such as dead grass patches, uneven pavement, telephone wires, plug outlets, cracked tiles and any other random unwanted items to create a slick, commercial, professional-looking final image.).

If you have the budget for the Deluxe shoot I highly recommend it especially if your intending on renting your property to the film industry. The better the location is photographed the more likely a production company to envision using it for a major film or TV series, (and daily budgets for those are enormous! you could earn your monthly mortgage in one shoot day.
